The Ardan Difference: Brothers Aaron and Danny Niemela established Ardan LLC to provide a service to their community. Since they have started their business in 2007 they have created a team of employees and a network of vendors and subcontractors that all have the same vision in mind. That vision is to be the best in the industry, and to have the highest level of service with open communication, professionalism, and quality.
Once any of the Ardan employees or affiliates enter your home, you will know the difference. The jobsite is kept organized and tidy, all of the areas that they will be working in or nearby will be protected and masked off. Before the work has even been started in your home, organizing and planning has been taking place. A job schedule is put together, material is ordered, and subcontractors are put in place. Once the work has been started, full attention is placed on your project. The work will be done efficiently, with quality as the end goal and product. If any problems or unforeseen issues come up in the scope of work, they are quickly brought to your attention and options are put together for you. At the close of the project we guarantee you will be satisfied.
