37th Ave Before Pictures





We are conducting a full home renovation with our primary focus on energy efficiency upgrades.We are installing spray foam insulation,Energy Star windows, doors, and fixtures; new flooring, cabinets, and  interior/exterior paint.
There will be a completed new plumbing system to replace old cast-iron and galvanized piping, a completed new electrical system to replace aluminum wiring, and upgrade panel, and a completed new HVAC system, including 14 SEER rated equipment, and insulated ductwork.

Whole house remodel continued



 Here we are, painted and complete,






 A relief vent was installed through hallway soffit with ducts to all bedrooms, this is to balance pressure throughout house for added comfort.


 Front driveway was removed and re-poured

Here we cut in a doorway through the exterior block wall to access the laundry off the dining room

 All the duct-work was replaced in the home with R-8 flex duct, Proper sealing at all connections is needed for the HVAC system to operate properly.
 All of the old cast iron drains were torn out and re-plumbed with ABS piping
 Also the old galvanized water supplys were re-piped with PEX tubing

 Here we relocated the washer and dryer to storage room just outside of  garage.

Framing, Above we added a pony wall in kitchen to accommodate the new range and bank of cabinets


 We removed all of the old rusted out duct-work in home, We had to re-frame soffits after duct-work has removed, Below, master bedroom we furred out block walls to accommodate new wiring and drywall


 Garage, Here the garage wall are furred out to accommodate drywall, We also framed the garage ceiling flat and added an attic access.

 Demo stage, Most of the demo on this project is done, Sorry forgot to take before pictures...


 We are planning on removing AC unit and installing a new 14 Seer Gas-Pack unit



 Here we are tearing off the roof, This particular roof had six layers of shingles which is not a good idea!

As you can see in the pictures, we added a soffit for lighting purposes. This project was completed in two days.
